KJRM (comprising KJRM Holdings, KJR Management, and KJRM Private Solutions) has established the “Basic Rules on Countermeasures against Antisocial Forces” to prevent violence from antisocial forces in advance, to clarify the organizational framework for dealing with such forces, and to ensure that KJRM does not engage in any relationship, transaction, or utilization of antisocial forces. As a fundamental principle, KJRM pledges to take a resolute stance against antisocial forces, including through cooperation with external specialist organizations
Each officer and employee of KJRM, in accordance with separately stipulated rules, detailed regulations, and administrative manuals, is required to verify prior to the commencement of any transaction that the counterparty and related parties are not deemed antisocial forces, pursuant to this Basic Regulation. In cases where questionable conduct or transactions are reasonably foreseen, whether directly or indirectly, the matter must be reported to the President and the Head of Compliance of the relevant KJRM company, as well as to the Managing Director in charge of Compliance and Risk at KJRM Holdings. Based on such reports, and after fully considering the associated social risks, a determination shall be made as to whether or not the transaction may continue.
