We always challenge the unprecedented.
KJRM's history has always been linked to these words.

Since our founding in 2000, we have supported the early days of real estate investment trusts (J-REITs) and have been entrusted with managing Japan Metropolitan Fund Investment Corporation and Industrial & Infrastructure Fund Investment Corporation. In 2022, we became a member of the KKR Group, one of the world's largest alternative asset management companies, and took a new step as KJRM (KKR Japan Realty Management), launching our private fund management business. In 2025, we established a three-company structure consisting of KJRM Holdings as the holding company, KJR Management, which operates the J-REIT business, and KJRM Private Solutions which operates the private fund business. As one of Japan's largest asset management companies, KJRM pursues maximizing investor profits through investment and management in real assets, including traditional real estate such as offices and retail facilities, as well as operational assets such as hotels and life science facilities, and infrastructure.

As the era of inflation arrives in Japan, the importance of incorporating inflation-resistant Real Assets such as real estate and infrastructure assets into investors' managed assets is dramatically increasing. At roughly the same time, a major wave of efforts is coming to Japanese companies, which have held a large amount of real assets up until now, to improve capital efficiency by pursuing asset-light strategies, and similar momentum is expected to grow among public sector companies, which hold a large amount of infrastructure assets.

"Unlocking Real Assets' Future"

Based on this philosophy, KJRM will fully utilize our expertise to sincerely and diligently meet the increasingly demanding management needs of investors in Real Assets, provide solutions to sellers, and create value for all stakeholders, including tenants and collaborating partners. A new future for Real Assets lies ahead of our efforts. By fulfilling our social mission of increasing the value of Japan's social infrastructure and expanding opportunities for self-realization for our employees and related parties, we hope to be a presence that leads the way to a better, more sustainable society in the future.

We sincerely hope for your continued support and patronage in the future.
