Naoki Suzuki (President & CEO)

Naoki Suzuki serves as President and CEO of KJRM Holdings and Chairman of KJR Management from February 2025. He is also scheduled to be appointed Chairman of KJRM Private Solutions to lead the management of the KJRM Group. He has served as President and CEO of KJR Management since April 2022, focusing on managing investment corporations, establishing the private fund business, and the company's management foundation, including the corporate divestiture of the corporate business.He joined KJR Management (formerly Mitsubishi Corp.-UBS Realty Inc.) in January 2012 as Head of Research and after served as Deputy President of the subsidiary MCUBS MidCity, as well as Deputy President of Mitsubishi Corp.-UBS Realty Inc., he was appointed President of KJR Management. Prior to that, He worked as an equity and real estate security analyst and fund manager at Lupus Alpha Asia, Schroders, UBS Asset Management and LTCB, and F&C Investment Management. Hirofumi Hirano (Director, Chairman / part-time)

Hirofumi Hirano (Tokyo) joined KKR in 2013 and is a Partner, Deputy Executive Chairman of KKR Asia Pacific, and CEO of KKR Japan. Prior to his current position, he served as Co-Head of Private Equity for KKR Asia Pacific from 2019 to 2023. He serves on the KKR Asia Private Equity Investment Committee and the KKR Asia Portfolio Management Committee. At KKR, he has been involved with investments including PHC Holdings (formerly Panasonic Healthcare), AlphaTheta (formerly Pioneer DJ), Marelli Holdings (formerly Calsonic Kansei), Koki Holdings (formerly Hitachi Koki), Kokusai Electric (formerly Hitachi Kokusai Electric), Seiyu Holdings, and LOGISTEED (formerly Hitachi Transport System). Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Hirano worked at AlixPartners as the Japan representative and head of financial services in Asia. From 1999 to 2006, Mr. Hirano led the principal investment arm of Nikko Cordial Group (now known as SMBC Nikko Securities) and became chairman of Nikko Principal Investments. Mr. Hirano graduated from Keio University and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

Ralph Rosenberg (Director / part-time)

Ralph Rosenberg (New York) joined KKR in 2011 and is a Partner and the Global Head of KKR's Real Estate Platform. Mr. Rosenberg is Chairman of the Board of Directors of KKR Real Estate Finance Trust Inc., Chairman of the Board of Directors of KKR Real Estate Select Trust, and a member of the Board of Directors of KKR Realty Japan Management. Prior to joining KKR, he was a partner at Eton Park Capital Management and managed his own firm, R6 Capital Management, which later merged into Eton Park. Previously, Mr. Rosenberg was a partner at Goldman Sachs. He holds an undergraduate degree from Brown University, where he graduated magna cum laude, and holds an M.B.A from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Mr. Rosenberg is a member of the Board of AFIRE, a Governor of the Urban Land Institute Foundation, and serves on the Brown University Investment Committee and the Investment Committee of the Urban Land Institute. He is a former Global and US Trustee of the Urban Land Institute, former Chair of the board of directors of the Pension Real Estate Association (“PREA”) and a former member of the board of directors of the PREA Foundation. He is an Emeriti Member of the Brown University Corporation and is an Honorary Trustee of the Francis W. Parker School in Chicago, Illinois. He is also a former trustee of the Stanford Graduate School of Business Trust and a former trustee and former vice-chair of the board of directors of the Masters School in Dobbs Ferry, New York.

John Pattar (Director / part-time)

John Pattar (Hong Kong) joined KKR in 2018 and is a Partner and Head of KKR’s Real Estate business in Asia Pacific. Mr. Pattar played a key role in the fundraise of KKR Asia Real Estate Partners (AREP), KKR’s inaugural Pan-Asian real estate investment fund. AREP has a US$1.7 billion corpus and takes a flexible investment approach across assets and platforms in sectors including mixed use, commercial, industrial, hotel, office and retail properties. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Pattar was the CEO of CLSA Real Estate since 2004. At CLSA, Mr. Pattar built a Pan-Asian real estate platform for the firm, consisting of a value added fund, Fudo Capital with equity raised of US$2.2 billion and a Core Fund mandate with MEC (Mitsubishi Estates Corporation) managing US$600m gross AUM. He managed the day-to-day operation of Fudo Capital, property funds specifically targeting direct investment in real estate in Asia Pacific. On behalf of funds and principals of CLSA Capital Partners, Mr. Pattar sourced and completed property deals in Asia of approximately US$5 billion. Mr. Pattar has worked in Asian real estate markets for over 27 years; including South East Asia from 1992-1997, and in Hong Kong since 1998 covering principally North Asia. His extensive real estate experience covers property investment, development, capital transactions and asset management in China, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Vietnam, Taiwan, Thailand and Australia. Mr. Pattar holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from King’s College London, University of London (LLB) and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (F.R.I.C.S.).

David Cheong (Director / part-time)

David Cheong (Hong Kong, Tokyo) joined KKR in 2015 and is the Co-Head of Acquisitions on the Asia Real Estate team. Mr. Cheong serves as a member of the Asia Real Estate Investment Committee as well as on the board of KJR Management, KKR's Japan-based real estate asset management platform. Before joining KKR, Mr. Cheong was a portfolio manager at LIM Advisors, overseeing public equities and special situation investments in Asia-Pacific, based in Hong Kong. Before LIM, Mr. Cheong was a member of the Lehman Brothers Real Estate Private Equity team in Tokyo. He started his career at Lehman Brothers Global Real Estate Group in New York. Mr. Cheong holds an M.B.A. and an M.A. from the Wharton School and the Lauder Institute as well as a B.A. and a B.A.S. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Kensuke Kudo (Director / part-time)

Kensuke Kudo (Tokyo) joined KKR in 2022 and is a member of the Asian Real Estate team. Prior to joining KKR, he was a managing director at Fortress Investment Group where he spent 11 years focusing on opportunistic investments including office, residential, data center, and affordable housing. Prior to that, he was at Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division. Mr. Kudo holds a B.A. from Hitotsubashi University in Japan.

Ken Matsumura (Statutory Auditor / part-time)

Ken Matsumura (Tokyo) joined KKR in 2014 and is a member of the Private Equity team. At KKR, Mr. Matsumura has been involved with investments in PHC Holdings, Marelli Holdings, Seiyu and KJR Management (formerly Mitsubishi Corp.-UBS Realty Inc.). He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Seiyu Holdings and also an Auditor of Marelli Corporation and KJR Management. Prior to joining KKR, he worked at Goldman Sachs & Co.’s Asian special situations group, managing investments into equity, corporate debt, real estate, and energy/infrastructure while leading turnaround operations for clients. He holds a B.S. from the Keio University and a M.S. from the University of Tokyo.

Shinichiro Ichiki (Deputy President)

Shinichiro Ichiki is a Vice President of KJRM Holdings since February 2025. Before his appointment, he served as Executive Officer and Vice President of KJR Management, where he led several transactions that accelerated strategic growth related to investment corporations and private funds managed by the company.He joined KJR Management in 2023 and was appointed Executive Officer and Vice President. Prior to joining the company, he was a managing director in Real Estate within Goldman Sachs Asset Management, serving as co-head of Real Estate Invest Management business in Japan. He was responsible for deal sourcing and equity raising in the Japan Real Estate business of Goldman Sachs Asset management Japan.He joined Goldman Sachs as a vice president in the Merchant Banking Division and was named managing director in 2015. From 2001 to 2006, he was a manager in the Principal Investment Department at Daiwa Securities Capital Markets Co. Ltd. He earned a B.A. in Economics from Keio University.

Yasuyuki Matsumoto (Chief Operating Officer(COO))

Yasuyuki Matsumoto was appointed Chief Operating Officer of KJRM Holdings and Director (part-time) of KJR Management from February 2025. Prior to his appointment, he served as Head of Corporate Division of KJR Management since April 2022, where he led the establishment of the company's management foundation in overall control of the corporate domain.He joined KJR Management (formerly Mitsubishi Corp.-UBS Realty Inc.) in 2006 and was appointed as Executive Officer and Head of Corporate Division in 2023. He was head of Finance & Accounting Department, Planning & Coordination Department of Industrial Division, and Head of Asset Management Management Department of Industrial Division, where he was responsible for a wide range of activities, including public offerings and property management.Prior to joining KJR Management, he was a Regional Financial Controller at CCA International Japan.Before CCA, he worked for SECOM CO., LTD. and Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd.He holds a B.A. in the School of Social Sciences from Waseda University.

Takuji Nozaka (Managing Director)

Takuji Nozaka was appointed Managing Director of KJRM Holdings from February 2025. He has jurisdiction over compliance. In addition to KJRM Holdings, he also serves as the head of the Compliance Office at KJR Management, where he is responsible for strengthening the compliance system for the entire group.He joined KJR Management (formerly Mitsubishi Corp.-UBS Realty Inc.) in 2019, where he was appointed as Executive Officer and Head of Compliance Office.After working for domestic and international law firms and financial institutions, he joined the Financial Services Agency's Inspection Bureau in 2010. At FSA, he was in charge of on-site inspections of financial institutions. He served as Head of Legal & Compliance Department, GLP Japan Inc. in 2012 and Head of Legal & Compliance Department, Vanguard Investments Japan, Ltd. in 2015. He received his B.A. from the University of Tokyo School of Law and his LLM from the University of Pennsylvania. He is an attorney admitted in Japan and New York State, and a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser.

Daiju Miyake (Managing Director, Head of Investment)

Daiju Miyake was appointed managing director and head of investment at KJRM Holdings from February 2025. He is in charge of the Investment area and provides support functions for real estate investment operations in the group companies.He joined KJR Management (formerly Mitsubishi Corp.-UBS Realty Inc.) in 2014 and was appointed Executive Officer and Head of Investment Division in 2024. He served in the Investment Planning Department of Acquisition Division, was Head of Risk Management Department of the Corporate Division, and was appointed Head of the Investment Department I, where he was involved in investment projects worth 800 billion yen.Prior to joining KJR Management, he worked for Mori Trust Co. and GE Real Estate, where he was in charge of acquisition and risk management.He holds a B.A. from Waseda University School of Law.

Keita Araki (President & Representative Director)

Keita Araki appointed President & Representative Director of KJR Management in February 2025. Prior to his appointment, he served as Executive Officer and General Manager of Metropolitan Division of the company for almost 10 years, contributing to the growth of the Japan Metropolitan Fund Investment Corporation.He joined KJR Management (formerly Mitsubishi Corp.-UBS Realty Inc.) in 2003. After serving as Head of Asset Management Department, he was appointed Executive Officer and Head of Retail Division in 2015 and Executive Officer and Head of Metropolitain Division in 2021. He led the merger of Japan Retail Fund Investment Corporation and MCUBS MidCity Investment Corporation. He was appointed Executive Officer and Head of Metropolitain Division in March 2021. After the merger, he led the development of Japan Metropolitain Fund Investment Corporation by implementing various strategies, including the asset replacement of 200 billion yen.In 1992, he joined Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., working in a Housing Sales Division, International Division, and Corporate Sales Department. He received a B.A. from Waseda University School of Law. He is a real estate appraiser.

Hideaki Miyauchi (Auditor / part-time)

Hideaki Miyauchi (Tokyo) joined KKR in 2017 and is a member of the Private Equity team. Mr. Miyauchi has been involved with the firm’s investments in Koki Holdings (formerly Hitachi Koki), PHC Holdings (formerly Panasonic Healthcare), LSI Medience (PHC's bolt-on acquisition), and Logisteed (formerly Hitachi Transport System). He was a member of audit & supervisory committee at Koki Holdings, and is currently a member of the Board of Directors and audit & supervisory committee at Logisteed. Prior to joining KKR, he worked in Morgan Stanley's investment banking division where he focused on the machinery, transportation and logistics sectors and was involved in a number of mergers and acquisitions as well as financing projects, including global IPOs. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Tokyo.

Takuya Machida (Executive Officer, Head of Metropolitan Division)

Takuya Machida was appointed Executive Officer and Head of Metropolitan Division in February 2025. He joined KJR Management (formerly Mitsubishi Corp.-UBS Realty Inc.) in 2011 and has served consecutively as Head of Fund Planning Department of Retail Division, Head of Strategic Planning Department, Head of Portfolio Management Department of Metropolitan Division, and Head of Investment Department 4 of Investment Division. In addition to planning asset replacement, public offerings, and other strategies for Japan Metropolitan Fund Investment Corporation, He was also in charge of carve-out deals for Industrial & Infrastructure Fund Investment Corporation and contributed to the continuous growth of both funds.In 2006, he joined The Sumitomo Trust & Banking Co. Ltd.(currently Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited). He received his B.A. from the School of Social Sciences at Waseda University.

Masa Moritsu (Executive Officer, Head of Industrial Division)

Masa Moritsu joined KJR Management (formerly Mitsubishi Corp.-UBS Realty Inc.) in 2005. After serving as Head of Planning & Coordination Department of Industrial Division in the Industrial Division, he was appointed as Executive Officer and Head of the Industrial Division in 2024. With approximately 20 years of asset management experience in J-REIT, he has engaged in various activities, including asset management, portfolio management, finance strategy, and investor relations. He has been involved with Industrial Fund Investment Corporation since 2015. He has led the fund's development through continuous public offerings, planning of redevelopment projects, and the launch of the first life science facility to be managed by a J-REIT.He joined Space Design Inc. (a real estate developer) in 2002 and holds a MSc from Kyoto University's Graduate School of Engineering.

Satoshi Yamamura (Executive Officer, Head of Private Solutions Division)

In August 2024, Satoshi joined KJR Management as Executive Officer, Head of Private Solutions being responsible for real estate investment and asset management through private funds.He previously served as Head of Real Estate Asset Management at DWS Alternatives division (formerly a member of Deutsche Bank Group known as DB Real Estate or RREEF) from 2006, where he led all real estate asset management initiatives by DWS Japan and promoted both Japanese and foreign institutional investors to invest in Japanese real estate through the funds raised and managed by DWS.He earned Master of Urban Planning from University of Southern California in the U.S. and Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Keio University in Japan.
