As of February 1, 2025, KJR Management has transitioned to a group structure (KJRM Group) under which KJRM Holdings (former 76 KK), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the KKR Group, will serve as the holding company. Under this new structure, KJR Management continues serving as the asset management company for J-REITs and private funds, while having transferred its corporate functions, such as accounting, general affairs and human resources, and investment support to KJRM Holdings as supporting functions to the entire group.
Additionally, the KJRM Group is planning to transfer KJR Management's private fund management business to KJRM Private Solutions, a newly established wholly-owned subsidiary of KJRM Holdings, in order to consolidate the transparency of our asset management process.
